Vector Expansion Problem

I have the TIR-3 running on a P4 3.0 GZ 1GZ of RAM ATI Radeon x700 256mb Vid card, XP pro SP2.
I just got the expansion a few min ago. Followed all the instructions. Put the track clip on my hat and went into ARMA, Falcon OF 4.7 and with the Vector enabled the view sticks the jumps to one side or the other. When I try to zoom in it jumps to the left. When I try to lean it Jumps to the left. Every thing was fine before I Unlocked the expansion. The tracking was smooth. I am using the most recent drivers and have no dot showing in the tracking window other than 1 green upper dot and two whit lower dots from my vector clip.

Fixed it. The TIR was Above me and not properly located.
