TIR with vector expansion on Vista 32 bit

Updated to .36 driver, from .29 driver...and trouble started...needed it for 'Black Shark', but doesn't work despite every tip I tried reading throught different forum topics.
Even without starting the game, TIR doesn't work properly: only when I use the 'device lights on' and only dot tracking it does its very basic work..also in the game. But the vector expansion, the true vue, doesn't work. Sometimes the TIR works without the game, and even the blue light comes up, but in the game it stops working and gives me the 'unhandled error' ....29 worked just fine in fsx and lock-on flaming cliffs...
-Checked file sizes via properties (Combat flight 1.83, flight 1.82, racing 1.68...in explorer it says 2kb for every file)
- Unistalled and reinstalled TIR several times, including deleting files and registry that were not deleted, used registry fix to do the rest.
-Disabled virusscanner, and spysweeper.
-unplugged my logitech camera, unplugged my multi usb-hub and even my saitek joystick for the sake of it, scanned the start-up programs and they are now at their minimum..
-updated nividia display driver to 180.48 (nividia 8800 gtx)
- energy saving options are disabled on usb ports.
-I didn't forget to update gamelist.
-Usb directly plugged into computer.
- Don't know what it means to 'isolate my usb'...didn't do that consequently.
- device serial: track-ir pro xxxxx
- system vista ultimate 32 bit.
