3 green dots and 1 red dot showing on screen. Help.

I have the TIR Pro 4 with the clip. Suddenly, in the tracking screen, there are 3 dots lined up with the top one red and the bottom 2 green and a green dot on the right that does not move. what happened?

Could the extra dot being coming from something else (lamp, sunlight)?
Can you narrow down the location of it, by moving your hand within the camera view?

Do you wear glasses? I wear bifocals and I noticed last night after I installed the system that the "line" in my bi focals creates an IR reflection on the cal target screen, so I have three greens and two reds.........the two reds are from my glasses! They don't create any problems.

Red objects can cause erratic tracking, as the software can jump between tracking objects.
Try adjusting the camera angle, so the glasses aren't reflecting directly back at the camera.
