Would it be possible to do something like this with TrackIR and say Black Shark?

Notice that the panning axises are not implemented. But this would give a better real world simulation of looking out of cockpit windows.

I'm not sure whether that particular Virtual Window software works with Black Shark. That would be a question best answered by Dinther Product Design or Eagle Dynamics. However, any multi-monitor setup that Black Shark supports should work with TrackIR, giving you a similar experience.
