windows vista sp1 64 bits

Hello,
I am having problems running OptiTrack Point Cloud Calibration Tool, i conected 3 cameras Flex:v100 but every time i run it a critial error shows up:
Critical error:
the calibration tool has encountered an error and will close now
what can i do?
p.d: i have the license ready and all the hadware is conected following the manual specifications.
