FLEK C120 can not be detected when using USB hub

My FLEK C120 can not be detected when I use USB hub. But it works when the USB hub is not used. I am sure that the USB hub is ok, because my mouse and blue tooth can work well through it. Can you help me?

What type of hub are you using?
Is it a powered hub?
A mice, and blue tooth adapter, are low power USB devices, so they can work on a variety of hubs. The OptiTrack product line, is a high powered USB devices, so the power that the device gets from the hub, can effect how it performs more easily.
