Track IR error message

My track ir pro works just fine , but lately I have been
getting the "windows error message" which asks if I want to
send a report to microsoft , and when I click yes or no Track ir shuts down. If I restart Trackir it usually works just fine. Has anyone else run into this. So far the track ir has not quit in game yet , but something has to be wrong. I have
already installed the latest drivers.

1 - What version of the TrackIR software are you running?

2 - What version of Windows?

3 - Are you running any Anti-virus/Firewall software?

4 - In the following folder location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint\TrackIR4\Profiles, what is the file size for each profile?

5 - Have you made any changes to the system recently?

6 - Have you tried the TrackIR on another system?

7 - Are you connected directly to the PC, or are you using a hub?
