Not working with Vista

Just hooked up my new rig...I have a TrackIR 3 and have updated to the latest drivers but everytime I try to start the program I get this message: The software cannot connect with the trackir device. The program will start but there will be no mouse control. Then, when I close that window, another comes up that says Registry key error. The unit itself, will not light up or anything....It worked great on my old rig

Which version of the software, are you running?
It sounds like you are using the 3.13 version of the software, which does not have Vista support.
You will need to run, and install the 4.1.036 software.

Thanks for the response Vincent....I had updated to those drivers...What I ended up having to do was installing the program into it own folder outside of the program files folder. Works just fine now. Thanks again.
