Software doesn't launch

I have track IR 4 on Vista 64, it's worked well for sometime.

The device works on another computer.

However on the Vista 64 computer, the software doesn't launch.

On the device there's an on off blue dot/light and a red light above.

I have reinstalled the software several times and changed USB ports, but when I click the TrackIR icon nothing happens.

Except the cpu cycles are being used by the program, in Task Manager Services tab, but there's nothing in the Applications tab.

Any ideas on why it won't run?

Well reinstalling AND deleting the Naturalpoint folder in programs sorted it.
