Stuttering TrackIR3 w/vector

I posted this in another forum but will try here. The TrackIR3 works perfectly in LOCKON but when flying in FSX I have been getting this incredible stuttering, and shifting from side to side. I checked the profiles and there seems to be something wrong there as well using FSx profile and the Default Profile. When I go into edit the Heads are moving around rapidly. Very strange. I have changed USB ports installed the latest sw and drivers for IR3 still no joy. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. I have also done the uninstall and reinstall dance with IR3 sw. There must be something wrong with FSX if it works well in LOCKON??

I see three green lines. I have add ons for FSX but none with head latency settings, that I am aware of. Thanks

No red anywhere?
Are the 3 green objects tracking smoothly?

So the same profiles, for lockon work fine?
Tried creating a new profile, and assigning it to FSX?

no I have not tried creating a new profile for fsx, I guess because I have no clue how to do that.

On the profiles page, select new, then name it FSX, you can then associate the new profile to FSX.
