TrackIR displaying wrong game

I have a problem when playing FSX. I have Vista installed and everything was working fine. I have installed FSinn to connect to VATSIM. as soon as that is installed my trackir works but i cannot centre using F12 while in game. trackir says it is connected to microsoft ESP. How do i change it manually to the game i want ie FSX?
