Can't figure out how to "select" Black Shark

I am able to select my profile that I created that I named as
"Black Shark", but I am told that I have to "choose/select" your game (this after I downloaded the "Game" update for TrackIR, which caused Black Shark to be added to the list of available games).
I see "Black Shark" listed in gray color font as one of the many games list, but the only thing I am able to do with it is to double click on it, and then its "properties" opens up with options such as checking off with "Axis" are options for the game, such as "Yaw" OR "Roll" etc...
Any ideas?

You would need to use the drop down menu, to the right of the gaming application name, to select the profile you want to use with it.
Example - highlight the application name, in the upper section of the profiles page -> using the drop down menu, change the flight profile to "Black Shark".
You can also just set the created profile to exclusively load.

Thanks Vincent. I went in to check what you said above and noticed that I already had the profile checked on for the "Exclusively Load" profile. I also played around with unchecking the "Exclusively Load" profile, and then going in and "Choosing the drop down menu" for the Black Shark "Game" selection above and chose "Black Shark" within the drop down menue, and then went into Black Shark and tried to play, with no success again.
Is there something like a "TrackIR" Column supposed to show up in the Control Panel in Black Shark Game? Or is there anywhere within Black Shark that should say the words "TrackIR" to let me know that Black Shark recognizes the TrackIR?
Also, I make sure and test the "connection" for TrackIR by opening it up before hand, and making sure I have my TrackIR Pro Clip on my Creative Labs USB Headset for all of the above examples.
If a NaturalPoint Support Team member is reading this, can you respond with the hours of phone support (and days) that are available?

Try runnig bot the TracKIr software, and BS as an admin, rigfht click on the exe files for both, and select run as admin.
