I am using a TrackIR4 Pro with FS2004. I had to give TrackIR5.exe a higher priority as FS9.exe to eliminate a spurious crackling sound. The new software is a major improvement, however.

I found some quirks:
-One already mentioned: no way to shut down the infrared LED's.
-Even when the main window is big enough, the "Advanced Settings Profile" window appears as a full window at start-up, but after checking the status of the camera the windows becomes smaller as a scrollable window and you need to modify the size of the main window (clicking the lower right corner seems to be enough) to get the full Profile window again.
-No way to modify an already defined curve "Template"?

Regards the template modify - no way to modify existing template. A workaround is to:
- apply template
- create new template (creates from current curve)
- modify new template
- remove previous

We'll look at simplifying this in future relases.

Regards the "Advanced Settings Profile" we've been able to reproduce the behavior you describe on a system here and are working on a fix. Hope to have it in the next build.

Also LED fix is in.
