Eve Online

can't seem to get my TrackIR 4 pro working with TrackIR 5 software on Eve online, have done a number of enabling/disabling and quitting/relaunching combinations, along with your standard restarting PC etc. the exclusive button doesn't help, the TrackIR software always displays 'none' under Title, and the light on the device is always green... can you duplicate this and fix?

Which version of Eve online are you using?

well considering it is an MMO I can only be using the latest version - eve:Apocrypha, released March 10th

This game does not work for me either. i dont get two green lights.

im using the latest beta version of the trackir 5 software.

We are curtrently trying to contact the game developer regarding the issues, as we have also seen it with the TrackIR 4 software.

I have the same problem, the tracking does not work with either v4 or v5 (when it has worked, but this is off topic) of the software. I only have the "track-in-progress" led green, the other one definitely stays off.
I wonder if you have any news about this or if you got a contact with CCP (I've sent a message to them but did not have any answer yet). Since both your team and CCP's one are still working on their respective projects, I hope that issue will be fixed soon :-)

Im currently in the same situation, i used alot track IR with even and now its not functional, the blue led doesnt activate.

We have been in contact with CCP about the problem. They are working to find a solution and are hoping to address this soon.

Track IR is still not funcional did CCP gave you a timeframe to resolved this issue?
