TIR4 Profiles in TIR5

Just installed my new TIR5 and find it a significant improvement on TIR4.
My question is, can my old TIR4 profile be used with 5? I've copied it into the Profiles folder but it doesn't appear in the drop-down list in the GUI.
What does appear is the choice of 'Default', '1:1' and 'Smooth'. 'Default' is self-explanatory but what are the other two? There's no mention of them in the manual.

TrackIR software version 5.0 does not support 4.x profiles at this time. We are exploring the possibility of integrating support for them in a later release.
For the time being, you can either create new profiles in the 5.0 software or use your new TrackIR 5 camera with the old 4.x software and profiles.

Thanks for the prompt reply, Seth. I edited my post to include another query before I noticed you reply - sorry about that.

Smooth is similar to the default profile, but it has very light deadzones. So, it allows you to move around without the slight slowdown from a deadzone, but it also makes it harder to "hold still" when you just want your view to be centered.
1:1 is simply unscaled movement. It will translate your actual head movement into the game exactly as the camera sees it, with no amplification of the movement. Some people prefer this in certain unique gaming situations, though it's primarily there for testing and/or context for new users.

Has this been implemented yet?

Yes, you can copy them over from the TrackIR 4 software, to the TrackIR 5 software.
They will act a little different as the way profiles are done, within IR5 is slightly different than IR4, but they should work just fine.
