Just receive my track ir 5 and I see a red point on the camera view (never moving, event if I move the camera).
the red point appear in trakclip and tracklip pro mode

what does that mean ?

Tried moving USB ports?

Is it still there, when nothing is in front of the camera? Try pointing towards the ceiling.

try other usb port.

Same red point on trackclip mode
and poping red point in trakclip pro mode (same place).

So the point is there when pointing the deive at the ceiling as well?
