After centering the TIr, I am able to move my head to the left for approximately 170 degrees but to the right about 470 degrees. It turns the head all the way around and then some to the right. Why does this device move so much more to the right than to the left?

I have tried moving the device from the left side of the monitor, to the center and to the right, with no change. I use the Pro clip pro.

If you are using the TrackClip PRO (headset clip), you should have the TrackIR on the left side of the monitor, so it is centered with the clip (which is offset from the center of your head). If your in-game movements are exceeding +/- 180 degrees left or right, you should download the new beta software:
