in vista it states its a locked file C:\program(86)natrualpoint\trackir5

I can not uninstall this or the folders I have Admin rights on this computer and it refuses to let me delete it also..

I'm rolling back to track ir 4; as 5 does'nt work well with lock on gold 1.12 it keeps crashing problems with the DX.

Try checking to see if TrackIR5.exe is running in the task manager. If it is, end the process and then try the de-install.

Note : you can have both TrackIR 4.x and TrackIR 5.x installed at the same time, they won't conflict with each other.

Are you uninstall from the add/remove software section of the control panel, or just trying to delete the TrackIR 5 folder direct;y?
