New ARENA & Expression software 1.5.000 Beta 1

We purchase arean expression at September with new camera hardware and ver. 1.5 beta 3. I found some problems as follow:
1. after installing the software and hardware, whenenver I switch on the computer, the computer hangup and cannot start window XP. I have to unplugin USB from computer, switch on the computer again to Window XP ready and then switch hub power and then plug the USB into hub again. Why?

2. I cannot find a detail manual for the software, only a few pages quick startup and a facial wizard tutorial video. Is there any supporting documentation or manual for arena expression such as calibration wizard and tips for good calibration, editing tools etc?

3. What is the operation I need to perform for calibration wizard step for viewing the 2D and 3D track views, anything I need to do at this step. I ignore this step and press next and go to the ground set up page but the "Set Ground" button is inhibited. Why?

4. For face template wizard, I choose FaceRobot 33 markers + 4 head markers, when I goto the page of Face Template, select the 4 head markers and then press "Create" button, it won't work with message "Cannot identify markers"? How to solve it? Urgent!!
