XP 64, TrackIR5, Software wont install.

I am running XP64, and I recently purchased the TrackIR 5. The software will not install, it errors out after several minutes with a Error extracting files, Server execution failed.
I found a couple of other topics and tried these fixes
Installed it on an XP machine, copied over the directory. It does not find the drivers for the TrackIR and attempts to instal it as a storage device
I ran the installer as an administrator, Same error.
I installed the stable version 4.1.0.37 Final. Same error
Tested the files on another machine to make sure that they were not corrupted, installed fine on XP/32
Updated the installer, same error
Renamed the install shield directory, tried again, same error.
Uninstalled Virus protection, tried again. Same error.
Very frustrated.
