Hello all. Could use some help, please:

My TrackIR 5 was running just fine with the 5.0.beta.04 until I went to reinstall my ThrustMaster Cougar drivers and software (I was running the HOTAS without the drivers since I built my new system not too long ago).

Well, I ran the software, flashed the firmware on the Cougar, did some setup for the stick and, upon launching my game, found that the TrackIR was no longer working.

Software loads up fine; just says No Device Detected. No lights on the TrackIR, Windows won't recognize it plugging in or out. Rebooted, uninstalled, rebooted, still no joy....

Any ideas? Vista 64 (Home Basic)ASUS P6T LGA 1366 Intel X58, 6 Gigs RAM, Radeon 4780 X2.

Tried moving USB ports?

Connected directly to the PC, or using a hub?

Tried on another PC?

K, plugged into my other PC and no reaction; no detection or LEDs on the TrackIR.... that's bad isn't it...?

Yep, that is bad.

Please email support with your camera serial number, and issue.
