Mouse position compensation.

Hi all,

It would be nice if a mouse position compensation feature were to be added to the TrackIR.

It would be great in MSFS2004 when you use the clickable virtual cockpit to have the mouse pointer keep its position relative to the aircraft's instrument panel instead of relative to my viewing angle.

For example, I look down at my panel and want to click on that little switch but since my head always keeps moving a little the mouse pointer keeps moving relative to the switch and it's hard to flick it.
If the mouse could be compensated with a movement opposite but equal to my head's movement then it would be much easier to operate the controls of the panel.

I know I can always hit F9 when I want my viewing angle to stay still but the mouse compensation could be really nice.

I hope you consider it but in any case thanks for giving me the opportunity to suggest it.

Ian.

Hmm, this is an interesting request. I think that we might be capable of doing this and I will add it to the big white board. No promises though. I like the idea.

Thanks a lot! I hope it will make it.

And by the way, I absolutely love my TrackIR! It's a great product!

Cheers,
