TrackIR 5 Software Won't Install | 64-Bit Vista | Error

If there is anybody else experiencing a Vista 64 TrackIR software installation error like the following

Error Extracting Support Files: Server Excution Failed

Please let me know how you fixed this.

At one point, I had no issue installing the beta 4 software for the TrackIR. Something has changed since then. I am unable to install any version of the TrackIR software on Vista 64. When I install the software, it launches, but then freezes at the third bar and then it takes a long time to popup with the error message.

The temporary workaround is to install the software on another computer and copy the folder onto your Vista 64 harddrive. I had to run the software in XP compatibility mode to get it to work, but it's better than nothing. If anybody has a solution to fix this, I'm all ears.

Error Extracting Support Files: Server Excution Failed

I have TIR Pro4 for quite a while. I bought Track clip pro to go with it which arrived today. I was running Beta5 software with no problems until I plugged in the clip. Software crashed everytime I tried to start it so I got TrackIR_5.0.Final.b and tried to install it. Uninstall went fine but reinstall gave the above error. So now I have nothing.
