TrackIR5 SW and Tracker 4 Pro + TrackClip Pro

I just installed TrackIR ver 5.0.300 sw and have the Track 4 Pro + TrackClip Pro Bundle. In the software I select TrackClipPro for tracking target and my camera shuts down no green light nothing happens. If I select the standard trackclip for tracking target the camera goes online green light. I would really like to make use of my $34.00 dolla TrackClipPro.

Also is there any upgrade deals?

Looking at the TrackClip Pro itself, do you see the 3 IR LEDs turned on?

When you select trackclip pro, and point the clip pro, at the camera, does the camera display the IR points, in the camera view?
