We have a 6 camera setup. When i plug all cameras into and sync i get:

When i move the 0 camera around anywhere in the sync chain it always stays numbered 0.

I've tried to put this one camera on different hubs, different order in sync,different sync cables and different usb cables and the camera always shows 0.

If i move the 0 camera into a different position instead of last spot, the cameras after camera 0 then show 0 also. Example:

Does this sound like a problem with the camera?

We have a 6 camera V100 setup and 2 USB hubs (3 cameras per controller)

One camera always has a zero label, independent of its chain position.

This camera don�t register anything

We connect one by one the cameras so that they get numbered correctly form 1 to 5, except for the zero one.

What happens when connecting the camera directly to the PC?
