Trackir new software crashing

Ive updated new software and now thinking of reverting to an old version as this new and final version has a lot of bugs in it and suggestions as to when this is being fixed?
What seems to be the issues that you are having?
Are you using the TrackIR 4, or TrackIR 5 hardware?
What version of Windows are you using?
Are you running any applications in the background?
What video card, and video card drivers are you usuing?
