Hello, I have a problem with my TrackIR 4 Pro
I have successfully installed the software and plugging in the appropriate Trak USB port.
Trak appears on the display of only a blue LED.
Starting the software, the track does not start, just stays on the blue LED with a light intermittently.
The green LED is not lit, and does not recognize the TrackClip.
Also no longer displays the red LED in the center of the display.
What should I do?

What OS are you using?
Looking in the TrackIR software, profiles folder, what is the file size for weach profile?

I Have this exact problem. Blue light flashes, but software is running, not tracking.
I'm using w7 ultimate x64
However, I had this problem just before I reinstalled from vista ultimate (x86).
Also using latest v5 software downloaded from naturalpoint website.
Could this be a fault of the trackir itself?

Connected directly to the PC, or going thru a hub?
The software starts, and detects the camera properly?
Are you using a tackclip, or trackclip pro?

Directly in pc, has always been.
Ill try to unplug and replug it now.. hang on..
