COD MW2 and TrackIR5

I recently purchased Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, how can I get Track IR5 to work with it?

Unfortunately, Infinity Ward hasn't expressed any interest in integrating TrackIR in MW2, so you'll be unable to use it for free-look.

You can't even use the trackir mouse emulation mode in MW2...
