Hi,
I'm having a difficulty centering my TrackClip PRO, i looked closely at it and noticed LEDs are not aligned properly. See attached photos.

The alignment looks just fine -

In the camera view nothing but in the 3D view it will centre.

It's so easily gets out of range while gaming especially in blackshark when i look around in the cockpit.

OK, the camera view, won't recenter, as that is the phyiscal view of the points, as seen by the camera.

It sounds to me like you might just not have the camera positioned optimally. When you open the Camera View in the TrackIR software, are the three dots from the TrackClip PRO centered vertically and horizontally? Are they the only dots in the camera view? Are they green, or is one or more of them red?

If you can post a screenshot of the Camera View when you are comfortably centered in your seat in front of the camera, that might shed some light on what's going on.

the problem was fixed by pushing the camera to the left side of the monitor.
