I recently upgraded to Windows 7 and the smartnav works perfectly, although it did take a bit of tweaking. anyway, the Windows on-screen keyboard doesn't seem to open for some reason. Can anyone tell me how I can correct this?

I had the same problem when I installed Windows 7. If I tried to run it from the start menu, it would start then immediately quit. My friend who was helping me actually fixed it and I'm not exactly sure what he did, but it involved going into the ease of access centre in the control panel and starting the on screen keyboard from there. Hope that helps.
Edit: To be clear, once he found the option in the ease of access centre to run the on screen keyboard at startup, the on screen keyboard functions normally now.

I had a simular problem. I went to
www.lakefolks.org/cnt and downloaded the latest software that runs on Windows 7. No problems once installed.
