Lowering point of view

Hello Gents,

I just got Track IR 5.0 and I'm using it for FSX and FS2004. My initial impression is that it seems that in every aircraft, the point of view in the cockpit is really high, often above the aircraft itself. I tried slouching in my seat to lower the view but that doesn't make any difference.

Is there an easy fix to this?

Good question!

I have noticed this too and would love to know how to sort it out.

Thanks.

FOR FS9 (2004) you can reset the recenter viewpoint, by adjusting the seat position.

Shift + Enter to get the seat up step by step
and Shift + Backspace to get down again,

With FSX you need to manually adjust each aircrafts cfg file, to adjust the seat recentering position

I too noticed this. I hit F12 to recenter the view without changing my seating position and then zoomed out a bit. It helped me. Hope it works for you too.
