TrackIR and Wings of Prey Issue

Hi

TrackIR 5 not being detected by Wings of Prey, some details:

- I have Win 7 Ultimate 64bit.
- WOP is the Steam version.
- I have tried software versions (full re-installs) 5 final B, 5 beta 4 and 4.1.037.
- Updated the game list each time.
- I have reconnected disconnected and tried different ports.
- Closed all windows when starting.
- Tried both in Admin (although I not sure how that goes within steam).
- Tried both not in Admin.

I am stumped, any help would be appreciated. (Hopefully I haven't missed a tick box or similar).

TrackIR software is up and running before starting the gaming application?

WOP is on the games list, within the TrackIR software?

Yep TrackIR is up and running as per the other games I play (Arma etc).

WOP is in the games list after I updated (after each re-install).

No reason that it shouldn't be running at this point.

You're not running any weird compatibility mode, for the software?

Hmm thats not good..

No compatability modes. Has there been any other issues with the steam version? I have tried going in through both the WOP desktop icon and the steam client. Would how I go into the game make a difference? Perhaps the .exe it runs? (not that I have a clue on how TrackIR recogonises the games).

I haven't heard of any issues with the steam version.

The green LED is not lighting up on the right hand of the TrackIR, when the game is running correct?>

Correct. Left hand is on when TrackIR is up, then nothing on the right hand LED when game starts.

I have also re-installed the game now and that hasn't helped. Still no success. Any more ideas?
