hi there ive had my trackir 5 pro almost a year now and have been trying all this time to get it to work.
i have downloaded the final software as posted earlier,

FS FSX
i dont have a website to attach images so i will describe best ican
sitting about 3 ft from camera (it is top left of monitor)i see in camera view 3 small green the other 6 are red
sitting about 4 feet from screen 3 large green no other lights
between 4&5 ft from camera 9 reds
the only way i can get 9 green is by being 6 to INCHES from camera
the pro clip is fastened correctly not upside down

all i want is how do you get the trackir to see 9 green lights seriously i am beyond furious with this

If you go to photobucket.com, you can create a free account which will allow you to host images and post them here. Or, you can create a screen shot and email it to support@naturaltpoint.com. However, from your description, it sounds like an old problem that impacted a limited run of units many months ago. If that's the case, you'll need to have it replaced. In either event, contacting support via email will probably be your best option.
