Role exchange with a dealer

Been in M�nchengladbach last week, a small town in the west of germany, looking for a new case and hoped to find a local dealer for trackir.
In one of the shops i got asked what trackir is, and had to spell it, which made the shop assistant look for the name using google. Within a second he clicked on a link leading to a video named "trackir explained". He got so excited while watching, that it was impossible to talk any further with him. I think he must have ordered one for personal use the same day.
So i went home, and ordered by web.
