Yes, TIR 1. I was one of the first customers way back in 2001 and after some telephone calls back and forth from Germany to get it setup, it's been a great asset to virtual flying. It wasn't broke, so I never upgraded.

I've recently reinstalled FS2004 and was trying to get my TIR1 to work with it again. So I followed the instructions and reloaded the software (Ver3.13). Since then, the software will not recognize the unit, even though Windows XP does and goes through the automatic online install. Prior to the driver install, the unit was working fine, but did not "talk" to MS2004.

I've even gone as far as trying the beta 2.12 drivers, but that didnt work either.

Any ideas?

I have this same kind of problem. I have TIR 1 and win 7 does not recognize it. I would not want to throw away fine piece just yet.

Unfortunately, the TrackIR 1 and 2 software interface has been out of development for many years now, so it will not be updated to support modern operating systems.
