Hello, I formatted my computer earlier this week and cant find my Vector Expansion Code. I emailed support but have gotten no response. I can post my serial number if that helps.

Please email support with your issue, and camera serial number.

Ive lost my key too. Just sent a mail. Thank you in advance for your help, and sorry for the inconvenience, I guess it must be annoying to deal with clumsy people like me on a daily basis

If you lose your vector key, please email support@naturalpoint.com with all the information you have on your device. In some circumstances we can find the informationand get you back up and running, however in some we can not, but in all cases we will try.
