I have a TrackIR AT and since there is no forum for it I just guessed.

I installed software version 4.1.037 final b. Installed the drivers. Then I plugged in the usb and got 2 of the 5 drivers to install in the tray. The light came on. When I start the program, it doesn't recognize. Help?

The older TrackIR 1/2 hardware is not compatible with the 4.1.037 software. To use it, you would need to use the 3.13 software, which does not have Windows 7 support.

Can we get Windows 7 Support?

Unfortunately the older software has not been under active development since, 2004, and there are no plans to update it for Windows 7 compatibility
