running mouse emulation and trackmapper simultaneously?

Hi all,
I'm trying to set up a decent profile for use with battlefield bad company 2. Using the mouse free look mode with mouse emulation works, but it can quickly become chaotic when there is a lot of movement causing your head to become quite off centre. By brilliant idea was to augment this with trackmapper. I set it up so that it would trigger the turn left/right keys when I look sufficiently off centre. This would allow me to have quite detailed control over the viewpoint, while still being able to move around in the game without losing my head.
To my dismay I realised that it was not possible to trackmapper and mouse emulation simultaneously. Is there any way of allowing these two programs to coexist? Or, is there any other way of achieving what I'm trying to do?
Your suggestions are appreciated.
