Draw head overlayed into games

I think this a good idea to help beginners (and advanced users), and a thing that may cause more realism into the games.
The idea is to draw a head like the head of TrackIR 4 sofware, but not in the mirror position... just like seeing your head behind, and seeing all we do reflected in the transparent head draw overinto the games. A key to enable/disable the head into the game, and a key to do it more or lees transparent, and two more keys to zoom in/out the head. It would be great to see a pilot in the IL-2 cabine, doing all movements that I do.
Im not programer, and no idea if this is possible to do, drawing over a game, but is a good thing to dream. Future games supporting TrackIR hardware would can do something like this, like we see the aircrafts joys or pedals movements reflecting the movement of our joystick hardware. You can use it... or not... but would be great to have the option, and for testing movements and responses into any game would be perfect. I note the precission of my joystick only seeing the movement of the joy in IL-2.
Salut.
