Have you spoken with anyone at TIR prior to posting? Point being, if you're talking about a hardware failure I would think it's a simple matter of having it replaced.

Hey, from your attitude, I'm going to guess that you own an all-American Chevy truck.
Since you probably have to spend every other weekend fixing it in your driveway to keep it running, I'll bet that you possess the mechanical know-how to get that TrackIR running again.
Or maybe next time you should just buy the locally produced version of this product. Good luck with that.
