? Num Lock's turning off by itself

Since I added SmartNav and Kinesis foot switch, the Num Lock started turning off every 15 to 30 minutes.
I'm not able to tell which device is causing this to happen.
I'm wondering if anyone using SmartNav and/or Kinesis Elite USB foot switch on Windows XP x64 has had the same issue.
Swapping keyboards does not seem to make any difference..

I've never seen the SmartNAV software do that.
Do you have any other mouse software running at the same time?

No software drivers for other input devices. I have RollerMouse (Contour Design) pluged in and running by default settings

The issue resolved itself. I have not had this happening for a while. I never found out what was causing the Num Lock key to change its status by itself. I did not do anything specific to fix it, either.

Glad to hear this was resolved. It seems you had another issue resolve itself at around the same time, were there any changes to your computer when those problems disappeared? New hardware or maybe some updates or upgrades?
