Trajectorize fails...

Hi,
when I'm trying to trajectorize a take (about 3000 frames) the process finally fails. Arena will apply "a" trajectorized Take, but the window with the progress bar will never disappear...
In the next step I click cancel, so that the window disappears. I have a trajectorized take, which I export to FBX.. (All Tracks, Skeleton, Marker...)
Now MB 2010 has Problems with importing / merging the fbx File: MB freezes. For about 30 seconds. It is possible to open a character-file (also fbx), merge the trajectorized file, selecting the "actor" from in the trajectorized file as character input.. after the 30-sec-freeze.
If I use the Autodesk FBXConverter 2010.2 It says that the exported FBX-File is a "MotionBuilder/MoCap/OnLine version 7.5 build Mon 06/06/2006 - Custom writer: No" - File.
We got this Problem on Windows XP SP2, Windows 7 32, Windows 7 64 on four different PCs / Laptops (one of them is a mac...) ONLY with the exported FBX-Files from Arena. With Arena 1.5 Final, Arena 1.6 Final and MotionBuilder 2010.
