TrackIR doesn't light up

Hi,

I've had this problem before. Usually, all I need to do is unlpug it, then put it in another port and it will work, however, tonight it isn't working at all, unfortunetly.

None of the lights are on the TrackIR unit itself, however, in the TrackIR software, it recognises the camera, but it doesn't track the vector clip on my cap. Is it broken?

What version of the TrackIR software are you using?

Are you connecting directly to the PC, or thru a hub?

Do you see the IR lights coming on, on the camera itself?

What version of Windows are you using?

Do you have access to another PC, you can try the device on?
