Software to increase smartnav speed

I am paralyzed so require very little movement to use smartnav.
I found free software that can do that at;

Xmousebuttoncontrol
after install there is a new mouse icon at the bottom right . Right click and choose setup.
on the bottom click settings. There will be a mouse speed slide bar.
configure as needed
