TrackIR Software failure

Trying to initialize the software but the program never starts and give a Microsoft error report.

Tried re-installing wit no success, I can't open the software tools.

It worked earlier this week and I haven't changed anything on the computer.

its the ATI drivers I recently installed. 10.6 version.
