My TrackIR4 Pro does not light up anymore.

I was playing Wings of Prey last night when suddenly it just stopped working. I rebooted, plugged the device into different ports on the gaming PC and even my laptop. However there is no sign of light coming on or windows even recognizing a USB device was connected.

I'm running Windows 7.

The software tells me no device detected or connected. I'm using the latest trackIR software too.

Suggestions?

I would also like to recieve that answered email because its also happening to me.

Please email support with your issue, as well as your camera serial number.
