TIR5 won't switch off?

The camera won't switch off When closing the software.
Please advise?

This is something we have seen, and are trying to resolve the issue.
Make sure that you have the latest motherboard bios, USB drivers installed, as well as the TrackIR, and TrackClip pro unplugged from each other.
