This is the error message I get when I try to maximize trackIr5 from the win7 tray after I open a browser or play AHII. I'm tweeking TrackIr5 for AHII so I want to minimize AHII and maximize the TrackIr5 interface to make adjustments, no joy. It makes me reboot to get back to the interface. ??

The software is going to be minimized, on the taskbar, when a gaming application starts. So are you trying to restart the software, from the desktop shortcut, or from the TrackIR icon, on the system taskbar?

yes it's running minimized in the taskbar while I'm in game. When I minimize or quit the game and click on either the taskbar trIr5 icon or the desktop icon, or start programs trIr5 icon I get the subject message. At that point the only way for me to get it maximized so I can get to the profile is to reboot.
Any suggestions? Thanks for the reply

If you right click on the minimized IR icon, there should be an option to restore the software.

thanks again, but, right click open or anything else available with right click does not restore it...same error message as subject. only a reboot allows me one session with the profile interface, when I open any other program I get the error message the next time I try to use the TrackIR profile interface.

When you right click on the taskbar minimized icon, what options are you getting?

I get TrackIRv5 and unpin from taskbar options.

How about if you right click on the TrackIR icon, by the clock, on the task bar?

As the icon, by the clock, is the minimized application.
