Hi,
I am using tracking tools. If I have a rigid body defined with 4 markers and one goes out of view, is it's coordinates still recorded (by virtue of tracking tools knowing the position of the other 3 markers and that they all make a rigid body).
If not, is it possible to define a 'virtual marker position' on a rigid body. For example, I want to track hand writing. I would like to make a rigid body out of a pencil and specify the tip as a 'virtual marker' so that its position can be computed from the other 3-4 markers at top of the pencil.
Thanks for any advice.
Best,
Gene

Re: virtual marker
generally yes the software is going to be able to continue to track the RB, if one of the points is excluded for a period, and you have enough other points for reconstruction.
