Go to eDimantional and have a look at Voice Buddy. It works but you really do need more RAM and a monster CPU to get it working with say TIR+Vector and LOMAC. It is the best combination I know to bring a PIV 3.2 and 4gig of RAM to it's knees

Those are all false statements.
I have been using Voice Buddy for a long while now with an Athalon XP 1800 and 1 GB Ram and it works like a charm. A full review of VB 2 is available on our website.
But you do not need any fancy hardware to run it along with TrackIR Vector and PF / Lock On / FS2004 . Works just fine on my 3 year outdated system.

Yep, another recommendation for VB here.
Doesn't need a powerful machine at all.
v2.5 offers a vast amount of pre-done profiles.

Yep, it is easy to configure TIR3 + Vector, VoiceBuddy, and Teamspeack to work together. I notice neglible effect on FPS. This is a very powerful configuration.
